Definitions:

“Web Dotz” refers to the legal and registered corporation:
2388479 ONTARIO INC.

“You” / “the customer” / “customer” refer to the company and/or its representative purchasing the WordPress AutoLoader from “Web Dotz”.

“WordPress AutoLoader” is a software product developed by “Web Dotz”.

Terms:

1. The customer frees Web Dotz from all claims of liability for damages incurred by use of this product.
2. The customer accepts that WordPress AutoLoader is a product which requires thorough testing for each individual WordPress instance it is enabled on to ensure no functionality is broken.
   1. You (the customer) further acknowledge that Web Dotz assumes no responsibility for this testing, and expects the customer to carry out such testing in a development/testing environment before enabling WordPress AutoLoader on a live WordPress-powered application.
   2. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the product “WordPress AutoLoader” causes no service disruptions to their WordPress powered application.
3. Web Dotz will provide professional support to its customers, but assumes no charge, nor guarantees proper functionality of this software.
4. This software (WordPress AutoLoader) is sold as is without any assumptions of liability by Web Dotz.
